R. Jock Stafford | CEO Jock grew up in Wisconsin and attended Denison University in Ohio. After corporate moves with Procter & Gamble and Frito Lay from Cincinnati to Greensboro to Raleigh to Charlotte to Dallas, he decided to put down roots. Jock started High Profile in 1987 with the vision of offering the most professional staffing service in Dallas.
Today that vision is our mission. Jock has been married 22 years to his lovely wife Maria. He enjoys golf, guitar and the mountains of Colorado.

Bronwyn Allen | President By the time Bronwyn Allen was 18 years old, she had moved 11 times. She spent some time living in Mexico and Nicaragua as well as many states ranging from New Jersey, South Carolina, to Mississippi. This was a great experience for her to learn to adapt to challenging environments, new relationships and a variety of cultures.
Bronwyn enjoys speaking to industry groups around the state on topics such as workplace professionalism, motivation and customer service. She has held board positions with the Dallas Human Resource Management Association and the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants.
Bronwyn loves to spend time with her husband of 25 years and their daughter. In her spare time she enjoys running, reading and boating. |

Laura Mays | Relationship Manager Laura grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
Laura has worked in the staffing industry for over 13 years and really enjoys the opportunity it gives her to make a difference in someone's life. She especially enjoys the friendships she's developed through the years with her clients.
Laura is an avid reader, enjoys working out and loves to cook! She even collects cookbooks as a hobby. She is passionate about her family and friends and enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She is married with one child and carefully balances work with the demands of motherhood. |

Jennifer Hamilton, CTS, CPC, PHR | Director of Recruiting Jennifer spent the majority of her childhood in Dallas then moved to Houston where she attended Klein High School. She went on to become a proud Texas Aggie.
Jennifer worked in corporate Human Resources for seven years and has been in the recruiting industry for 13 years. She has obtained several certifications including her Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She loves this profession because she can play a part in changing peoples’ lives for the better.
When Jennifer is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and beautiful daughter, Erin. She volunteers at Erin’s school, enjoys reading and photography.

Lori Green, PHR | Recruiter Lori grew up in Des Moines, Iowa. She received her B.B.A. in Marketing with an International emphasis from TCU in 2000. She participated in a "study-abroad" program and studied both French and German. Lori has over seven years of experience as a recruiter and obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2006.
Personally, Lori is an avid marathon and ultra distance runner. She combines her love of traveling and running to race all over the United States including the Boston, New York, and San Francisco marathons...and has even completed international marathons in Paris, Sydney, and Quebec City.

Shawnda Parker, CSP | Recruiter Shawnda is a Texas gal through and through! She was born and raised in East Texas where she attended college on a full academic scholarship. She has her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from The University of Texas at Tyler. She has always had a passion for people and feels lucky to have been able to turn that passion into a career.
She has been in recruiting for 17 years now and loves it! When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her husband and two children. She loves traveling, going to the movies, cooking, fishing, golfing, camping, playing board/card games, and riding 4-wheelers.

Amelie Bargas, CPC, CTS | Recruiter Amelie’s hometown is New Orleans, Louisiana, the birthplace of Jazz, Mardi Gras and some of the world's finest Cajun cooking! Just a short pirogue ride across the bayou from New Orleans is LSU, where she obtained her B.A. in Psychology. Upon arriving in Dallas 18 years ago, she landed a position in a recruiting firm and has been recruiting ever since. High Profile was lucky to nab her back in 1996.
She loves most that she works with people she respects and cares for in this ever-changing, challenging world of recruiting. When she is not recruiting, Amelie is raising a son and a daughter and running marathons.

Callie Miller, CSP | Recruiter Callie was born in Metairie, Louisiana - but grew up in the great State of Texas! She earned her Bachelors of Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University. She was "recruited" into the staffing world in 2006 and is passionate about helping people. As a Recruiter, she has the privilege of helping job seekers with financial backgrounds find their perfect career opportunity and helping our clients find their next all-star employee.
Callie also leads our corporate volunteer initiatives and plans many of our corporate events. Outside of working at High Profile she loves cooking, entertaining, board games, traveling and most of all, spending time with her husband, family and friends!

Linda Lee, CSP | Recruiter Linda was born and raised in the small town of Grayling, Michigan. She moved to Texas to attend college and received her BA from the University of Texas, Austin. The orange got into her blood and she never looked back. She has 17 years of recruiting experience. Linda loves people and enjoys the satisfaction of helping our candidates and clients with their employment needs.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband of 24 years, and their two children. She has a passion for reading (she’s always searching for a good book), spin classes, cooking, and travel.

Shelby Langford | Recruiting Coordinator Shelby grew up in Waxahachie, Texas. She attended the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where she studied Mass Communications, with an emphasis on Public Relations. She is relatively new to the recruiting industry (2 years) and enjoys learning more about it everyday.
In her spare time, Shelby sings in her church, at weddings, and with her dad’s jazz trio as much as possible. She also loves to practice her guitar, travel and spend time with her husband and two sons.

Wanda Dowdy | VP Administration and Finance Wanda was raised on a farm in Nebraska where she learned about hard work and farming from her Dad. She attended cosmetology college but became a “beauty school drop out” when her changing interests led her to work in a veterinary practice doing bookkeeping and assisting with the animals.
She later left Nebraska to be a Navy wife and mom holding various accounting and finance positions for wholesale, retail, medical, and construction companies in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; Augusta, Georgia; and Dallas, Texas.
In 1999 she joined High Profile to be responsible for all the in-house accounting, payroll, benefits, and office administration. Her hobbies include cake decorating, gardening and home decorating. |
