Commonly referred to as “temporary”, these individuals would work for a specified amount of time and be paid/billed an hourly rate.

Contract to Hire
If the client company wishes to hire our contract employee, we have options available.

Direct Hire
When a client wishes to fill a job opening directly, our recruiters will arrange for interviews. Fees are scheduled according to salaries and guarantees.

Additionally, we offer our Client Identified Candidates (CIC) program, which allows a client to assign their staff to High Profile for an indefinite period of time. This is ideal for internship programs or specialized contract work where the client finds the candidate(s) but doesn’t wish to add them to their company’s headcount. We handle payroll, taxes and benefits administration while relieving the client of the burden and uncertainty of unemployment and/or worker’s compensation claims.
