Bronwyn began her career with High Profile in 1987 as a Recruiter and in 2000 was made president of the company. In 2015, Bronwyn was promoted to CEO and president of High Profile. Her positive outlook, work ethic and innate leadership abilities made her the obvious choice to head the company.
During her tenure as president and CEO, the company has won numerous awards including Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, Dallas Chamber’s Employer of Excellence, DFW SMA’s Recruiting Team of the Year, and most recently was one of five companies considered for North Dallas Business of the Year.
Additionally, Bronwyn initiated a program called Good Works!, which not only steers a percentage of billings directly to clients’ designated charities but also highly encourages staff volunteerism. Girls Inc. honored High Profile with their Dedication of Time and Support award. Overall, since 2008, the company is proud to have helped over 100 charities in the DFW area.
Bronwyn is a sought-after speaker for industry events covering topics such as “Employee Engagement and Retention”, “Maximizing Your Potential” and “Creating a Culture for Success”. She has held board positions within the Dallas Human Resource Management Association, the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and is currently serving her 3rd term as a board member for Girls, Inc. of Dallas.
Personally, Bronwyn is an avid runner and has completed many marathons around the country. She is married to her college sweetheart and has a beautiful daughter.

Jock grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from Denison University in Ohio. After corporate moves with Procter & Gamble and Frito Lay, from Cincinnati to Greensboro to Raleigh to Charlotte to Dallas, he decided to put down roots. Jock started High Profile in 1987 with the vision of offering the most professional staffing firm in Dallas. Jock has been married to his lovely wife Maria for 30 years and enjoys golf, guitar and the mountains of Colorado. He is most proud of the incredible High Profile culture and the Good Works! program.
Callie Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP
VP of Client Services

Callie earned her Bachelor of Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University while also working full time as an Office Manager. Prior to joining High Profile, Callie worked for an elite sports and entertainment firm where she regularly interfaced with key individuals from the local professional sporting community. Callie joined High Profile in 2006 as a Recruiting Assistant and has worked across all of the High Profile divisions in various roles. Callie currently serves as our VP of Client Services, overseeing the sales and marketing functions. In addition, Callie serves on the 2020 DallasHR Board of Directors as Director of Collin CountyHR (CCHR). She has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of work, Callie loves spending time with her husband, sons, family, and friends. She enjoys volunteering, photography, traveling, and cooking.

Kjersten grew up in Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing. She also minored in Human Resource Industrial Relations and Management. Kjersten has a passion for human resources and the staffing industry. Prior to her role as a Client Relationship Manager at High Profile, Kjersten spent five years in business development and also has previous experience in recruiting. Kjersten serves on the 2020 DallasHR Board of Directors as the Director of the Education Committee and serves as the VP of Finance on the Success North Dallas Young Executives Board of Directors.
Outside of the office, Kjersten enjoys traveling the world, cooking, painting, writing music, and spending time with friends, her husband, and her daughter.

Madison was born and raised in Dallas and earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas State University. After trying her hand in the legal field, Madison decided to pursue a career in recruiting. Madison has always had a passion for helping others and loves working to help people achieve their goals. In college, Madison found a great sense of joy and accomplishment tutoring and helping students reach their true potential. She believes that hard work and compassion are the keys to success.
In her spare time, Madison is an avid reader and loves to travel as often as she can. She enjoys cooking, house renovations, and spending time with her family, friends, and her Westie Bella.
Jennifer Hamilton, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP
Director of Recruiting

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist then worked for four years as a Recruiter at a local staffing firm before High Profile recruited her in 2001. Jennifer is known locally as the ‘go-to’ professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. Her level of expertise and thoroughness in finding the right candidate for even the smallest order has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Today, Jennifer serves as High Profile’s Director of Recruiting. She is actively involved in the American Staffing Association’s Texas Regional Council and the American Staffing Association’s Administrative Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and traveling.

Shelby was born in Mount Pleasant, TX and earned her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from the University of Texas at Tyler. She worked as an Executive Assistant for a wellness clinic before discovering her love for recruiting when she moved into a position as a Corporate Recruiter at a healthcare staffing company. Shelby enjoys being able to connect with people who have different personalities and backgrounds, helping to match them to the job that fits them best. Building genuine connections with candidates and helping them to realize their full potential is what motivates her as a recruiter. She believes that empathy and active listening are the keys to being a successful recruiter.
Amelie Brewer, SPHR, CSP

Amelie grew up in New Orleans and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Upon graduation, she began her recruiting career with another local staffing firm where she was repeatedly named as a top producer. She was then recruited to open the Dallas branch of a nationally known staffing company, and she brought the branch to profitability within four months. As Amelie was creating a name for herself, High Profile took notice and recruited her in 1996. We are proud that she has been a member of the High Profile team for over 20 years. Her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.
Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. Amelie is married with two children, is an avid runner, and loves to cook and entertain.
Linda Lee, SPHR, CSP

Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and began her staffing career shortly after graduation. She has been recruiting in Dallas for over 20 years and has developed a unique insight into the hiring needs of the local market. Linda loves people and enjoys the satisfaction of coaching candidates to success while simultaneously helping clients meet their hiring needs.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband of over 30 years and their two children. She has a passion for reading, spin classes, Pilates, cooking and travel. Linda has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Shawnda Parker, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP

Shawnda is known as one of Dallas’ premier experts in the field of Talent Acquisition. In addition to having earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and her Master of Arts degrees from The University of Texas at Tyler, she has over 25 years of recruiting experience. Shawnda also served on the Board of Directors for the DFW Staffing Management Alliance for 5+ years and has served on the Board of Trustees for DallasHR. She has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Prior to joining High Profile, Shawnda was Director of Admissions for The University of Texas at Tyler. Upon moving to Dallas, she worked for one of the largest privately-held staffing agencies in the nation. She then went on to lead a Corporate Recruiting team for a large medical staffing/placement firm and earned numerous awards for her performance. In her spare time, Shawnda loves to travel, golf, and spend time with her husband and family.
Sara Stoub, CIR, CSP

Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Biology from Texas Tech University. Immediately after graduation, she began her recruiting career with one of the largest privately-held staffing agencies in the United States. Sara went on to become a Field Recruiter for one of the largest beverage manufacturing and distribution companies in the world, where she specialized in all levels of recruitment for the multiple Market Units she supported in Memphis/Little Rock, West Texas and, most recently, Dallas/Fort Worth. In addition to 13 years of experience, Sara has also obtained her CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) certification.
Tiffany Willis, MBA, CSP

Tiffany was born and raised in the natural state of Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas. After college, she completed Military Police training in the Army National Guard before relocating to Dallas to begin her seven year career in Accounting and Finance while simultaneously obtaining her Master of Business Administration degree. Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Finance Exchange of Dallas where she oversees Programs. She has also obtained her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification. She has a natural devotion to people and feels fortunate to be in a position as a recruiter to assist people every day.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and hosting game nights with family and friends.

Imani was born and raised in Michigan, the state of Great Lakes. She relocated to Texas in 2017 to continue pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science. After one short month in Dallas, she was introduced to the High Profile family and knew immediately this is where she was meant to be. Imani is very creative and has a passion for helping people. As a Recruiting Assistant at High Profile, she is elated that she now gets to make a positive impact in other’s lives in a way she never knew she could.
Outside of work, Imani enjoys spending a great deal of time with her family, drawing, and planning her next great traveling adventure.
VP of Administration & Finance

Wanda was raised on a farm in Nebraska where she learned about hard work and farming from her dad. Upon becoming a Navy wife in 1983, Wanda began living throughout the world and working within various accounting and financial roles. Her specialties included wholesale, construction, retail, and medical accounting. Her former employers can be found anywhere from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to Augusta, Georgia. In 1999, with her Navy days behind her, she joined High Profile, bringing a wealth of in-house accounting, payroll, benefits and office administration experience with her.
Wanda’s hobbies include cake decorating, gardening, and home decorating. She loves spending time with her grown children, their spouses, and her granddaughter.

Laura grew up in deep southeast Texas. She was very much a young entrepreneur, owning several businesses after graduating high school, including spending many years as a cabinet maker and carpenter. Laura’s career drifted to the banking industry, where she finally decided to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting more than 15 years after graduating from high school. Laura was a pioneer for women by leaving her footprint as the first female to take building trades at her high school and the first female to join the local volunteer fire department. She was very involved in the local theater and film community in Houston where she trained as a model, actor, voice-over actor, and makeup artist. She has completed roles in several independent films as well as TV. Shortly after relocating to DFW, Laura reached out to High Profile for help finding a job, and a few months later was asked to join the High Profile team. Laura loves animals, and a side hobby of hers is canine obedience training. She also loves cooking, traveling, jujitsu, target shooting, and spending time with friends and family.
