Bronwyn Allen

President & CEO

Joined High Profile in 1987

Bronwyn began her career with High Profile in 1987 as a Recruiter and in 2000 was made president of the company. In 2015, Bronwyn was promoted to CEO and president of High Profile. Her positive outlook, work ethic and innate leadership abilities made her the obvious choice to head the company.

During her tenure as president and CEO, the company has won numerous awards including Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, Dallas Chamber’s Employer of Excellence, DFW SMA’s Recruiting Team of the Year, and most recently was one of five companies considered for North Dallas Business of the Year.

Additionally, Bronwyn initiated a program called Good Works!, which not only steers a percentage of billings directly to clients’ designated charities but also highly encourages staff volunteerism. Girls Inc. honored High Profile with their Dedication of Time and Support award. Overall, since 2008, the company is proud to have helped over 85 charities in the DFW area.

Bronwyn is a sought-after speaker for industry events covering topics such as “Employee Engagement and Retention”, “Maximizing Your Potential” and “Creating a Culture for Success”. She has held board positions within the Dallas Human Resource Management Association, the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and Girls, Inc. of Dallas.

Personally, Bronwyn is an avid runner and has completed many marathons around the country. She is married to her college sweetheart and has a beautiful daughter.

Jock Stafford


Founded High Profile in 1987

Jock grew up in Wisconsin and graduated from Denison University in Ohio. After corporate moves with Procter & Gamble and Frito Lay, from Cincinnati to Greensboro to Raleigh to Charlotte to Dallas, he decided to put down roots. Jock started High Profile in 1987 with the vision of offering the most professional staffing firm in Dallas. Jock has been married to his lovely wife Maria for 30 years and enjoys golf, guitar and the mountains of Colorado. He is most proud of the incredible High Profile culture and the Good Works! program.

Calie Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP

Callie Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP

VP of Sales

Joined High Profile in 2006

Callie earned her Bachelor of Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University while also working full time as an Office Manager.  Prior to joining High Profile, Callie worked for an elite sports and entertainment firm where she regularly interfaced with key individuals from the local professional sporting community.  Callie joined High Profile in 2006 as a Recruiting Assistant and has worked across all of the High Profile divisions in various roles.  Callie currently serves as our VP of Sales, overseeing the sales and marketing functions.  In addition, Callie serves on the 2018 DallasHR Board of Directors as Education Director. She has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of work, Callie loves spending time with her husband, son, family, and friends. She enjoys volunteering, photography, traveling, and cooking.

Laura Mays

Relationship Manager

Joined High Profile in 2001

Laura grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where she earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing. Laura has worked in the staffing industry for 15+ years and really enjoys the opportunity it gives her to make a difference in someone’s life. She especially enjoys the friendships she has developed through the years with her clients.

Laura is an avid reader, enjoys working out and loves to cook! She even collects cookbooks as a hobby. She is passionate about her family and friends, and enjoys traveling and exploring new places. She is married with one child and carefully balances work with the demands of motherhood.

Kjersten Hugelen

Kjersten grew up in Apple Valley, Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing. She also minored in Human Resource Industrial Relations and Management.  Kjersten has a passion for Human Resources and the staffing industry. Prior to her role as a Relationship Manager, she came to High Profile with over five years of business development experience and previous experience in recruiting. Kjersten is actively involved in DallasHR and is on the 2018 Talent Management Committee.

Kjersten enjoys traveling the world, cooking, painting, and writing music in her free time.


Jennifer Hamilton

Jennifer Hamilton, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP

Director of Recruiting

Joined High Profile in 2001

Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University.  She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist then worked for four years as a Recruiter at a local staffing firm before High Profile recruited her in 2001.  Jennifer is known locally as the ‘go-to’ professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support.  Her level of expertise and thoroughness in finding the right candidate for even the smallest order has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.

Today, Jennifer serves as High Profile’s Director of Recruiting.  She is actively involved in the American Staffing Association’s Texas Regional Council and  the American Staffing Association’s Administrative Section Policy Council.  Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.  In addition, she enjoys reading, running, traveling and volunteering.

Melissa Johns

Melissa began her career with one of the nation’s largest auto insurance providers as an Employment Specialist. She worked in corporate human resources for seven years before joining the High Profile team in 2012.  Melissa has her associate’s degree and has also earned her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation.  She is proud to contribute her recruiting and HR knowledge to the Administrative Division.  Her goal is to connect with candidates and discover what they are truly passionate about in order to help them achieve their career goals.

When she is not in the office, Melissa is an avid cyclist and loves the outdoors.

Amelie Brewer

Amelie Brewer, SPHR, CSP

Amelie grew up in New Orleans and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.  Upon graduation, she began her recruiting career with another local staffing firm where she was repeatedly named as a top producer.  She was then recruited to open the Dallas branch of a nationally known staffing company, and she brought the branch to profitability within four months.  As Amelie was creating a name for herself, High Profile took notice and recruited her in 1996.  We are proud that she has been a member of the High Profile team for over 20 years.  Her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.

Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations.  Amelie is married with two children, is an avid runner, and loves to cook and entertain.

Linda Lee

Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and began her staffing career shortly after graduation.  She has been recruiting in Dallas for over 20 years and has developed a unique insight into the hiring needs of the local market.   Linda loves people and enjoys the satisfaction of coaching candidates to success while simultaneously helping clients meet their hiring needs.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband of over 30 years and their two children.  She has a passion for reading, spin classes, Pilates, cooking and travel.  Linda has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Shawnda Parker

Shawnda Parker, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP

Shawnda is known as one of Dallas’ premier experts in the field of Talent Acquisition.  In addition to having earned both her Bachelor of Business Administration and her Master of Arts degrees from The University of Texas at Tyler, she has over 20 years of recruiting experience.  Shawnda also served on the Board of Directors for the DFW Staffing Management Alliance for 5+ years and has served on the Board of Trustees for DallasHR. She has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.

Prior to joining High Profile, Shawnda was Director of Admissions for The University of Texas at Tyler.  Upon moving to Dallas, she worked for one of the largest privately held staffing agencies in the nation.  She then went on to lead a Corporate Recruiting team for a large medical staffing/placement firm and earned numerous awards for her performance.  In her spare time, Shawnda loves to travel, golf, and spend time with her husband, two grown children, one granddaughter, and family.

Sara Stoub

Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Biology from Texas Tech University. Immediately after graduation, she began her recruiting career with one of the largest privately-held staffing agencies in the United States. Sara went on to become a Field Recruiter for one of the largest beverage manufacturing and distribution companies in the world, where she specialized in non-exempt recruitment for multiple Market Units in Memphis/Little Rock, West Texas and, most recently, Dallas/Fort Worth.   In addition to 10 years of experience, Sara has also obtained her CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) certification.

In her free time, Sara loves to spend time with her husband, beautiful daughter Riley, her two dogs and large family. She also enjoys the outdoors, yoga and traveling.

Tiffany Willis

Tiffany Willis, MBA


Joined High Profile in 2017

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas as well as her Master of Business Administration.  After college, she completed Military Police training in the Army National Guard before relocating to Dallas to begin her seven year career in Accounting and Finance. Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Finance Exchange of Dallas. She has a natural devotion to people and feels fortunate to now be in a position as a recruiter to assist people every day.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and hosting game nights.

Susan Nowroozi

Susan grew up in Plano and earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas.  She began her career after college at High Profile where recruiting fell in her lap!  She likes being a resource to those on the job market and helping people from all walks of life.  She has also earned her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and Certified Healthcare Staffing Professional (CHP) designations.

Away from work, Susan enjoys fashion, cooking, and traveling.  She loves the West Coast sun and the East Coast pace, but Texas will always be home for her!  Susan is also a proud first generation American, and she tries to keep her mixed cultures prevalent in her young daughter’s life.

Originally from Bear, Delaware, Amanda moved to Dallas in the latter part of her childhood. After completing high school, she moved to Houston, TX.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with a minor in Political Science, from Prairie View A&M University. During her time in Houston, she worked in the leasing/sales industry, and developed a genuine passion for helping others. She relocated to the Dallas area and went back to work for High Profile as a contract employee.  Soon after, an inoffice position became available and she joined the High Profile family. She enjoys being a friendly face in the office and could not see herself doing anything else but serving others.

In her spare time, she enjoys studying other languages, writing and reading. She also spends the majority of her time listening to music, fellowshipping with family, and playing with her miniature Yorkie named Puppet.


Wanda Dowdy

Wanda was raised on a farm in Nebraska where she learned about hard work and farming from her dad.  Upon becoming a Navy wife in 1983, Wanda began living throughout the world and working within various accounting and financial roles.  Her specialties included wholesale, construction, retail, and medical accounting.  Her former employers can be found anywhere from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to Augusta, Georgia.  In 1999, with her Navy days behind her, she joined High Profile, bringing a wealth of in-house accounting, payroll, benefits and office administration experience with her.

Wanda’s hobbies include cake decorating, gardening, and home decorating.  She loves spending time with her grown children, their spouses, and her granddaughter.

Judy Cravens

Judy began her career in Des Moines, Iowa in advertising before relocating to Dallas, Texas. In the mid-‘80s, Judy moved her career into the technology industry where she held a senior administrative management position for a major computer company. After leaving the high-tech arena, Judy worked for an HR Consulting firm where she held an Office Management position. Judy joined High Profile in 2012 and brings with her over 20+ years of experience in budgeting, finance, benefits, facilities and administration management. When not working, Judy enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their three adult children. Her passions include singing in the choir, cooking, baking and quilting.
