We are thrilled to announce some exciting news within our company. Along with being the CEO and President, Bronwyn Allen is now the sole owner of High Profile! We are so happy for Bronwyn and are proud to be adding another woman-owned business to the Dallas market.

On a day-to-day basis, it’s business as usual. Bronwyn has been with the company for 32 years, and she plans to uphold the mission and philosophy that has been in place from the start. We can assure you that the transition will be seamless, especially in terms of client care!

Just like for our clients, the foundation and work-life at High Profile will remain the same for our staff. While we are always looking to progress and improve, we will continue to work toward our mission of using our hearts to change lives. As she has done for the last 32 years, Bronwyn will continue to live out the mission and instill the amazing culture throughout our company.

Bronwyn’s ownership will be beneficial in many ways. For one, with over 30 years in the business, Bronwyn has the opportunity to leverage relationships she has cultivated both with customers and within the community. When Bronwyn started her career at High Profile in 1987 she displayed an incredible work ethic, and a loyalty to the company’s culture and philosophy. Along the way, she helped to foster an environment of employee growth, client and candidate care, and community service. With Bronwyn’s purchase of the company, we are excited to explore and pursue certification as a Woman-Owned Business (WBENC).
