Q: What are five words you would use to describe yourself?

A: Kind, ambitious, optimistic, dedicated, athletic

Q: What is your favorite thing about working at High Profile?

A:  The people…our internal staff and all of the great clients and candidates we get to work with day in and day out!

Q: What is an interesting fact (or two or three) about you?

A:  I have run more than 10 marathons and even got to run Boston once. I am from New Orleans and do actually know how to get in and out of a pirogue without falling into the water.

Q: What is something on your bucket list you’d like to do?

A: I’d love to visit Italy with my husband!

Q: What is one tip you’d give to a job seeker to help them in their employment search?

A:  Be positive…smile, stand up straight, be confident in your ability, and speak kindly of your previous (or current) employers.

Q: Share a recent client success story.

A:  One of my great candidates referred her recently laid-off friend to me. The referral was an outstanding candidate, just like her friend. During our interview, she asked me how quickly I thought I could place her. I explained that it is difficult to predict how long or short her search may be because of all of the variables, like which positions would become available, would her skills and experience match the requirements of those positions and how fast did the client want to move on hiring someone. The day we met, I sent her resume to a client who agreed to meet her the next day. One week and three interviews later, the candidate had an attractive offer for a position we did not even know was open. She interviewed for an administrative assistant opening and received a recruiting coordinator position. This business is always interesting and exciting.
