Q: What are five words you would use to describe yourself?

A: My family would say that I’m impatient, I’d rather say driven. Other words include passionate, energetic and chocolate-obsessed!

Q: What is your favorite thing about working at High Profile?

A: I love that I get to work with an awesome team of people that really care about making a difference everyday by helping others! We get to positively impact the lives of others by placing them in amazing companies that will value their talents and strengths…it’s very fulfilling!

Q: What is an interesting fact (or two or three) about you?

A: This summer, my college sweetheart and I celebrated 30 years of marriage!  I feel so incredibly blessed to have Barry as my partner. We love our biking time together, water sports, running, enjoying nice wine and trips to Mexico (just need to work on my Spanish!).  Our daughter just graduated a year early from high school and is headed to University of North Texas to study studio arts this fall. The three of us laugh a lot together! My family – including my extended family – is very important to me.

Q: What is something on your bucket list you’d like to do?

A: I’d like to write a motivational book that encourages others to reach for their potential.  It would be fun to have the experience of being on a speaker circuit and sharing an inspirational message with a large crowd.

Q: What is one tip you’d give to a job seeker to help them in their employment search?

A: Become memorable: Be creative in your follow-up with everyone that helps you in your job search. Take the time to say ‘thank you’ in a unique way.  Many people forget how important great follow-up is and they miss the opportunity to make a great impression.

Q: Share a recent client success story

A: I received a thank-you note from a candidate that we placed five years ago. She wanted us to know that she’s already been promoted three times. It was so exciting for all of us!
