Sara Stoub joined High Profile in 2014 and focuses on identifying the top Human Resources talent that Dallas can offer. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Biology before ‘falling into’ recruiting. Learn a bit more about Sara in our Employee Spotlight.
Q: What are five words you would use to describe yourself?
A: I would describe myself as positive, an achiever, loyal, honest and driven.
Q: What is your favorite thing about working at High Profile?
A: I would have to say that my favorite thing about working at High Profile is the people. Everyone here is motivated to succeed and, at the same time, they take time to motivate you and make you better. Everyone here is so positive and professional, it really motivates me to do the best job I possibly can.
Q: What is an interesting fact (or two or three) about you?
A: I put myself through college at Texas Tech University. I have an unhealthy obsession with Cowboy boots and own around 15 pairs.
Q: What is something on your bucket list you’d like to do?
A: I would love to hike the waterfalls at Yosemite National Park and ride in a hot air balloon.
Q: What is one tip you’d give to a job seeker to help them in their employment search?
A: Recently we placed a Recruiter at a healthcare client. They have loved our candidate so much that we have received multiple job orders with new managers and multiple different departments. I look forward to growing this account and developing relationships with all levels of the organization.
