Bronwyn Allen
President & CEO
Joined High Profile in 1987
In 1987, Bronwyn moved to Dallas days after graduating from McNeese State University and began her career with High Profile as a Recruiter. in 2000, Bronwyn was made president of the company, and was promoted to CEO and President in 2015. Her positive outlook, work ethic, and innate leadership abilities made her the obvious choice to head the company.
During her tenure as president and CEO, the company has won numerous awards including Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, Dallas Chamber’s Employer of Excellence, DFW SMA’s Recruiting Team of the Year, and most recently was one of five companies considered for North Dallas Business of the Year.
Additionally, Bronwyn initiated a program called Good Works!, which not only steers a percentage of billings directly to clients’ designated charities but also highly encourages staff volunteerism. Girls Inc. honored High Profile with their Dedication of Time and Support award. Overall, since 2008, the company is proud to have helped over 100 charities in the DFW area.
Bronwyn is a sought-after speaker for industry events covering topics such as “Employee Engagement and Retention”, “Maximizing Your Potential” and “Creating a Culture for Success”. She has held board positions within the Dallas Human Resource Management Association, the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and is currently serving her 3rd term as a board member for Girls, Inc. of Dallas.
Bronwyn’s hobbies include any activities outdoors including, running, hiking, and cycling. She notes her favorite time (and top priority) as that spent with her husband, daughter, and extended family!
Callie Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP
VP of Client Services
Joined High Profile in 2006
Callie earned her Bachelor of Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University while also working full time as an Office Manager. Prior to joining High Profile, Callie worked for an elite sports and entertainment firm where she regularly interfaced with key individuals from the local professional sporting community. Callie joined High Profile in 2006 as a Recruiting Assistant and has worked across all of the High Profile divisions in various roles.
Callie currently serves as our VP of Client Services, overseeing the sales and marketing functions. In addition, Callie serves as the 2022 DallasHR President where she exercises her passion for serving and connecting others with our local HR Community! She has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of work, Callie loves spending time with her husband, two sons, family, and friends. She enjoys volunteering, photography, traveling, and cooking.
Madison Howard
Client Services Manager
Joined High Profile in 2018
Madison earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from Texas State University. Madison joined High Profile in 2018 as a Recruiting Assistant, and made the transition to the Client Services team in 2019.
Madison currently serves as Client Services Manager, where she partners with our clients to evaluate their hiring needs and ascertain how High Profile can best help them. In addition, Madison manages the marketing and communications efforts, as well as our social media platforms. She believes that hard work, empathy, and integrity are the keys to success.
Outside of work, Madison is an avid reader, and she loves to travel whenever and wherever she can. She enjoys cooking & baking, home renovation projects, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family, friends, and sweet pup, Lucy!
Jennifer Hamilton, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP
VP of Talent Acquisition
Joined High Profile in 2001
Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist then worked for four years as an Accounting/Finance Recruiter at a local staffing firm before transitioning to Administrative placement. High Profile recruited her in 2001. Jennifer is known locally as the ‘go-to’ professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. Her level of expertise and thoroughness in finding the right candidate for even the smallest order has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Today, Jennifer serves as High Profile’s Director of Recruiting. She is actively involved in the American Staffing Association’s Texas Regional Council and the American Staffing Association’s Administrative Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
Ellie Haugen
Talent Acquisition Consultant
Ellie received a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Iowa. Upon graduating, she began a career in retail recruiting and management. In 2017, she had the opportunity to relocate with her position from her home state of Illinois to the DFW area. She couldn’t say no to a new life adventure and more sunshine! She has enjoyed planting roots in the south and hasn’t looked back since.
Ellie has always enjoyed recruiting, human resources, and providing quality customer service. In 2018 she was introduced to the staffing industry where she was a top producer, helping the branch she managed set new records on a regular basis.
In her spare time, Ellie enjoys traveling the world, trying new restaurants, seeing family and friends, and cuddling up with her doggy daughter, Ruby.
Linda Lee, SPHR, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant| Administrative
Joined High Profile in 2006
Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and began her staffing career shortly after graduation. She has been recruiting in Dallas for over 20 years and has developed a unique insight into the hiring needs of the local market. Linda loves people and enjoys the satisfaction of coaching candidates to success while simultaneously helping clients meet their hiring needs. Linda has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband of over 35 years and their two children. As a new grandmother, Linda has entered “gigi land” and is loving spending time with her first grandbaby. She has a passion for traveling and loves to cook. Now that she is an empty-nester, Linda enjoys being a dog mom to a 7-pound malti-poo.
Amelie Brewer, SPHR, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant | Administrative
Joined High Profile in 1996
Amelie grew up in New Orleans and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Upon graduation, she began her recruiting career with another local staffing firm where she was repeatedly named as a top producer. She was then recruited to open the Dallas branch of a nationally known staffing company, and she brought the branch to profitability within four months. As Amelie was creating a name for herself, High Profile took notice and recruited her in 1996. Amelie worked as a full-time saleswoman for a little over a year before finding her perfect fit placing Executive Assistants in direct-hire positions. We are proud that she has been a member of the High Profile team for 27 years. Over her 30-year recruiting career, her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.
Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. Amelie is married with two grown children (both Aggies – which only presents a problem when LSU plays A&M over Thanksgiving!), is an avid runner, and loves to cook, camp, and entertain.
Tiffany Willis, MBA, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant | Accounting & Finance
Joined High Profile in 2017
Tiffany was born and raised in the natural state of Arkansas. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas. After college, she completed Military Police training in the Army National Guard before relocating to Dallas to begin her seven-year career in Accounting and Finance while simultaneously obtaining her Master of Business Administration degree. Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Finance Exchange of Dallas where she oversees Programs. She has also obtained her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification. She has a natural devotion to people and feels fortunate to be in a position as a recruiter to assist people every day.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and beautiful daughters. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and hosting game nights with family and friends.
Tonja Terrazas
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant | Accounting & Finance
Tonja is a 4th generation Texas A&M graduate, degreed accountant, and former CPA with public accounting and industry experience. She gravitated from accounting into accounting/finance recruiting and has over 20 years of recruiting experience. In her previous roles, she was a Manager of Recruiting for Coca Cola Refreshments where she spent the last 3 of her 8-year tenure leading Supply Chain and Manufacturing national recruiting for bottling plants in the US. Tonja joined the High Profile team in 2021 in our Accounting/Finance division where she delivers high-touch, specialized recruiting across the DFW metroplex!
Outside of work, Tonja is the mother of two sons, a DAS foster mom to her cats, a travel enthusiast (she loves to travel the world), and is an avid yoga practitioner!
Sara Stoub, CIR, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant | Human Resources
Joined High Profile in 2014
Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Biology from Texas Tech University. Immediately after graduation, she began her recruiting career with one of the largest privately-held staffing agencies in the United States. Sara went on to become a Field Recruiter for one of the largest beverage manufacturing and distribution companies in the world, where she specialized in all levels of recruitment for the multiple Market Units she supported in Memphis/Little Rock, West Texas, and, most recently, Dallas/Fort Worth. In addition to 15 years of experience, Sara has also obtained her CIR (Certified Internet Recruiter) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications. Sara also serves on the Board of Directors for DFWTRN and is involved in DallasHR.
In her free time, Sara loves to spend time with her husband, beautiful children Riley and Reece, her two dogs, and her large family. She also enjoys the outdoors, running, yoga, and traveling.
Shawnda Parker, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant| Human Resources

Shawnda is known as one of Dallas’ premier experts in the field of Talent Acquisition. She attended The University of Texas at Tyler on a full academic scholarship, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and her Master of Arts degrees. While working on her master’s degree, she started working in the admissions & registrar’s office. This is where she was introduced to recruiting. Part of her responsibilities included recruiting students to attend the university, and that’s how it all began! Shawnda also served on the Board of Directors for the DFW Staffing Management Alliance for 5+ years and has served on the Board of Trustees for DallasHR. She has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications. Prior to joining High Profile, Shawnda was Director of Admissions for The University of Texas at Tyler. Upon moving to Dallas, she worked for one of the largest privately-held staffing agencies in the nation. She then went on to lead a Corporate Recruiting team for a large medical staffing/placement firm and earned numerous awards for her performance.
Shawnda has two grown children (a son and a daughter), a wonderful daughter-in-law, and four precious grandbabies. When not at work at High Profile, you will most likely find her traveling, golfing, and spending time with her husband and family.
Carly Pilkington
Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Joined High Profile in 2021
Carly obtained Her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Major in Advertising, and Minor in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma. Shortly after college, Carly began her recruiting career where she has held a variety of different roles within Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications.
In her spare time, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two step-sons. She also enjoys house projects, traveling home to visit family, and watching Oklahoma football.
Wanda Holsclaw
VP of Administration & Finance
Joined High Profile in 1999
Wanda was raised on a farm in Nebraska where she learned about hard work and farming from her dad. Upon becoming a Navy wife in 1983, Wanda began living throughout the world and working within various accounting and financial roles. Her specialties included wholesale, construction, retail, and medical accounting. Her former employers can be found anywhere from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to Augusta, Georgia. In 1999, with her Navy days behind her, she joined High Profile, bringing a wealth of in-house accounting, payroll, benefits, and office administration experience with her.
Wanda’s hobbies include cake decorating, gardening, and home decorating. Wanda has a deep love of animals and has her own little “zoo” of rescued animals including dogs, birds, and chickens. She loves spending time with her grown children, their spouses, and her granddaughter.
Abby Porter
Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Abby received an Associate of Science degree at Mid-Plains Community College in McCook, NE, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. After college, Abby and her husband relocated to Washington, where she began working in Event Planning. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic caused the wedding venue to temporarily pause weddings, causing Abby to shift her line of work. She then found a new passion and a fulfilling career in the staffing industry. Abby joined the High Profile team in 2021 as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, she has taken on new responsibilities to assist the recruiting team and help our candidates succeed. Abby puts her event-planning experience, communication, and organization skills to good use as a member of the company’s Culture Committee!
In her spare time, Abby loves traveling with her husband, hiking and backpacking, and snuggling with their dog, Gene.
Sarah Clymer
Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Sarah was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State in 2020. After college, Sarah pursued a career in the mortgage industry. It was there that she found a passion for helping others pursue their dreams. She and her family relocated to Texas in 2021. Shortly after moving to Texas, Sarah was introduced to the High Profile team and knew immediately this is where she wanted to be. Sarah joined the High Profile team in 2022. She now gets to pair her love for organizing and helping others to good use as a Recruiting Coordinator.
Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her horses and dogs, traveling, and attending sporting events.
Sherry Kraft
Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Sherry began her career in HR & Recruiting at a Target store back when HR was called “Personnel”. She has been fortunate to have worked in corporate offices for companies such as CompUSA, CitiFinancial, and AutoNation. Sherry took a turn in her career while living in Denver, CO to work in Marketing & Communications at a rapidly growing auto finance company where she enjoyed developing and managing internal communications, events, employee programs and training. When she worked at Centrix Financial, the company was the title sponsor of the Grand Prix of Denver; and Sherry was in charge of the entire internal event planning and communications. She considers that opportunity her most fun and rewarding career accomplishment. Ultimately she returned to the DFW metroplex and the HR & Recruiting field where she now is helping change lives at High Profile!
Outside of work, Sherry loves to spend time with her husband Matt, their two boys Preston and Hayden, and their chocolate lab Maximus. She is a big fan of watching her son Preston play ice hockey and is a strong advocate of autism acceptance on behalf of her son Hayden. She also enjoys traveling, volunteering, entertaining, and cheering on her favorite teams, the Dallas Stars and Denver Broncos!
