Bronwyn Allen
CEO
Joined High Profile in 1987
In 1987, Bronwyn moved to Dallas after graduating from McNeese State University and began her career with High Profile as a Recruiter. In 2000, Bronwyn was made president of the company and was promoted to CEO and President in 2015. Her positive outlook, work ethic, and innate leadership abilities made her a natural choice to head the company.
During her tenure as president and CEO, the company has won numerous awards including Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, Dallas Chamber’s Employer of Excellence, DFW SMA’s Recruiting Team of the Year, and one of five companies considered for North Dallas Business of the Year.
Additionally, Bronwyn initiated a program called Good Works!, which not only steers a percentage of billings directly to clients’ designated charities but also highly encourages staff volunteerism. Girls Inc. honored High Profile with their Dedication of Time and Support award. Overall, since 2008, the company is proud to have helped over 100 charities in the DFW area.
Bronwyn is a sought-after speaker for industry events covering topics such as “Maximizing Your Potential” and “Creating a Culture for Success”. She has held board positions within the Dallas Human Resource Management Association, and the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and most recently served her 3rd term as a board member for Girls, Inc. of Dallas. She is currently a member of the Convene CEO Advisory Board.
Bronwyn’s hobbies include any activities outdoors including, running, hiking, and cycling. She notes her favorite time (and top priority) is that spent with her husband, daughter, and extended family! Bronwyn’s greatest passion is helping others reach towards their potential.
Callie Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP
President
Joined High Profile in 2006
Callie earned her Bachelor of Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University while also working full time as an Office Manager. Prior to joining High Profile, Callie worked for an elite sports and entertainment firm where she regularly interfaced with key individuals from the local professional sporting community. Callie joined High Profile in 2006 as a Recruiting Assistant and has worked across all of the High Profile divisions in various roles.
Callie currently serves as our VP of Client Services, overseeing the sales and marketing functions. In addition, Callie serves as the 2022 DallasHR President where she exercises her passion for serving and connecting others with our local HR Community! She has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of work, Callie loves spending time with her husband, two sons, family, and friends. She enjoys volunteering, photography, traveling, and cooking.
Jennifer Hamilton, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP
VP of Talent Acquisition
Joined High Profile in 2001
Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 23 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
Wanda Holsclaw
VP of Administration & Finance
Joined High Profile in 1999
Wanda was raised on a farm in Nebraska where she learned about hard work and farming from her dad. Upon becoming a Navy wife in 1983, Wanda began living throughout the world and working within various accounting and financial roles. Her specialties included wholesale, construction, retail, and medical accounting. Her former employers can be found anywhere from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to Augusta, Georgia. In 1999, with her Navy days behind her, she joined High Profile, bringing a wealth of in-house accounting, payroll, benefits, and office administration experience with her.
Wanda’s hobbies include cake decorating, gardening, and home decorating. Wanda has a deep love of animals and has her own little “zoo” of rescued animals including dogs, birds, and chickens. She loves spending time with her grown children, their spouses, and her granddaughter.
Kjersten Faseler
Client Relationship Manager
Joined High Profile in 2024
Kjersten grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Minnesota, where she double majored in Human Resource Development and Business & Marketing and double minored in Management and Human Resources & Industrial Relations. Kjersten started at High Profile in 2016, leaving in 2022 to pursue her passion for writing children’s books and helping other aspiring authors publish their own. Kjersten returned to High Profile in 2024, excited to leverage her HR expertise alongside the experience she has gained as an entrepreneur. She has 15+ years of experience in client services and six years of experience in the staffing industry. Kjersten actively served in multiple positions on the DallasHR Board of Directors and held key positions as the President and VP of Finance for the Success North Dallas Young Executives Board of Directors.
When she’s not helping clients connect with top talent, Kjersten enjoys traveling, cooking, painting, writing (fun fact: she’s a published author of a children’s book!), and spending quality time with her friends and two daughters.
Ellie Haugen, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant | Administrative
Joined High Profile in 2023
Ellie grew up in Illinois and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, before beginning a career in retail recruiting and management. In 2017, Ellie took a leap of faith and moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She couldn’t say no to a new life adventure and more sunshine!
Ellie has a true passion for recruiting, human resources, and providing quality customer service. In 2018, she decided to transition those skills to a new industry and began a career in staffing agency recruiting. She quickly became a top producer and was promoted to manage an office of recruiters, before finding her home at High Profile. Ellie has also earned her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys traveling the world, spending time in nature, trying new restaurants, reading/watching documentaries, and completing interior design projects. She values spending time with loved ones, including her boyfriend, doggy daughter, family, and friends.
Linda Lee, SPHR, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant| Administrative
Joined High Profile in 2006
Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and began her staffing career shortly after graduation. She has been recruiting in Dallas for over 20 years and has developed a unique insight into the hiring needs of the local market. Linda loves people and enjoys the satisfaction of coaching candidates to success while simultaneously helping clients meet their hiring needs. Linda has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband of over 35 years and their two children. As a new grandmother, Linda has entered “gigi land” and is loving spending time with her first grandbaby. She has a passion for traveling and loves to cook. Now that she is an empty-nester, Linda enjoys being a dog mom to a 7-pound malti-poo.
Amelie Brewer, SPHR, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant | Administrative
Joined High Profile in 1996
Amelie grew up in New Orleans and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Upon graduation, she began her recruiting career with another local staffing firm where she was repeatedly named as a top producer. She was then recruited to open the Dallas branch of a nationally known staffing company, and she brought the branch to profitability within four months. As Amelie was creating a name for herself, High Profile took notice and recruited her in 1996. Amelie worked as a full-time saleswoman for a little over a year before finding her perfect fit placing Executive Assistants in direct-hire positions. We are proud that she has been a member of the High Profile team for 28 years. Over her 30-year recruiting career, her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.
Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. She is a 10 year member of EWI (Executive Women International) and has served on the board and various committees. Amelie is married with two grown children (both Aggies – which only presents a problem when LSU plays A&M over Thanksgiving!), is an avid runner, and loves to cook, camp, and entertain.
Carly Pilkington
Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Carly obtained Her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Major in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma. Shortly after college, Carly moved to the DFW area where she began her recruiting career. Since then, she’s held a variety of different roles within Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications. She’s passionate about her role at High Profile, building relationships, and helping others every day.
In her spare time, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, new baby boy, and two stepsons. She also enjoys house projects, traveling home to OK to visit family, and watching Oklahoma football.
Sarah Clymer
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Joined High Profile in 2022
Sarah was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in 2020. After college, Sarah pursued a career in the mortgage industry and it was there she found a passion for helping others pursue their dreams. She and her family relocated to Texas in 2021. Shortly after moving to Texas, Sarah was introduced to the High Profile team and knew immediately this is where she wanted to be. Sarah joined the High Profile team in 2022 and now gets to pair her love for organizing and helping others to good use as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her horses and dogs, traveling, and attending sporting events.
Sherry Kraft
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Joined High Profile in 2022
Sherry began her career in HR & Recruiting at a Target store back when HR was called “Personnel”. She has been fortunate to have worked in corporate offices for companies such as CompUSA, CitiFinancial, and AutoNation. Sherry took a turn in her career while living in Denver, CO to work in Marketing & Communications at a rapidly growing auto finance company where she enjoyed developing and managing internal communications, events, employee programs and training. When she worked at Centrix Financial, the company was the title sponsor of the Grand Prix of Denver; and Sherry was in charge of the entire internal event planning and communications. She considers that opportunity her most fun and rewarding career accomplishment. Ultimately she returned to the DFW metroplex and the HR & Recruiting field where she now is helping change lives at High Profile!
Outside of work, Sherry loves to spend time with her husband Matt, their two boys Preston and Hayden, and their chocolate lab Maximus. She is a big fan of watching her son Preston play ice hockey and is a strong advocate of autism acceptance on behalf of her son Hayden. She also enjoys traveling, volunteering, entertaining, and cheering on her favorite teams, the Dallas Stars and Denver Broncos!
