Bronwyn Allen
CEO
Joined High Profile in 1987
In 1987, Bronwyn moved to Dallas after graduating from McNeese State University and began her career with High Profile as a Recruiter. In 2000, Bronwyn was made president of the company and was promoted to CEO and President in 2015. Her positive outlook, work ethic, and innate leadership abilities made her a natural choice to head the company.
During her tenure as president and CEO, the company has won numerous awards including Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, Dallas Chamber’s Employer of Excellence, DFW SMA’s Recruiting Team of the Year, and one of five companies considered for North Dallas Business of the Year.
Additionally, Bronwyn initiated a program called Good Works!, which not only steers a percentage of billings directly to clients’ designated charities but also highly encourages staff volunteerism. Girls Inc. honored High Profile with their Dedication of Time and Support award. Overall, since 2008, the company is proud to have helped over 100 charities in the DFW area.
Bronwyn is a sought-after speaker for industry events covering topics such as “Maximizing Your Potential” and “Creating a Culture for Success”. She has held board positions within the Dallas Human Resource Management Association, and the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, and three terms as a board member for Girls, Inc. of Dallas. She is currently a member of the Convene CEO Advisory Board.
Bronwyn’s hobbies include any activities outdoors including, running, hiking, and cycling. She notes her favorite time (and top priority) is that spent with her husband, daughter, and extended family! Bronwyn’s greatest passion is helping others reach towards their potential.
Callie Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP
President
Joined High Profile in 2006
Callie began her career at High Profile as a Recruiting Assistant, where she gained hands-on experience across all company divisions. Her passion for the staffing industry, combined with a solid foundation built through early roles in both human resources and office management, set the stage for her advancement within the company. Prior to joining High Profile, Callie worked for an elite sports and entertainment firm, where she developed key relationships with professionals in the local sports community.
Callie earned her Bachelor of Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University while working full-time as an Office Manager, and she later went on to earn multiple HR certifications, including PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional).
Before stepping into her role as President in July 2024, Callie served as the VP of Client Services, where she led the sales and marketing functions, further solidifying her leadership in the company. As President, she continues her mission to drive company growth while fostering an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
Beyond her work at High Profile, Callie is an active member of the DallasHR community, currently serving on the DallasHR Board of Trustees and leading the Inclusion and Engagement Committee. She is a graduate of Leadership Frisco, Class 27, a program that strengthened her leadership skills and expanded her community network.
Outside of work, Callie enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, family, and friends. She also loves photography, traveling, cooking, and giving back to her community through volunteer efforts.
Jennifer Hamilton, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP
VP of Talent Acquisition
Joined High Profile in 2001
Jennifer grew up in Dallas before attending Texas A&M University. She began her career as a corporate HR Generalist for 7 years and leveraged her experience to develop a deep understanding of talent needs. She then transitioned her skills to a local staffing firm, specializing in Accounting/Finance and Administrative placements. High Profile recruited her in 2001. For more than 24 years, Jennifer has been known locally as the “go-to” professional for temporary and temp-to-hire administrative support. She is now utilizing her expertise to manage our Human Resources placement division. Her background in Human Resources, combined with her keen eye for talent and understanding of her client’s needs, has led to her reputation for excellence within the staffing industry.
Jennifer also serves as High Profile’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. She is actively involved with DallasHR, as well as the American Staffing Association’s Section Policy Council. Jennifer has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional), and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her amazing daughter and friends, traveling, conquering projects around the house, and keeping up with her 4-legged fur-babies.
Wanda Holsclaw
VP of Administration & Finance
Joined High Profile in 1999
Raised on a farm in Nebraska, Wanda learned the value of being resilient, resourceful, a strong work ethic, and responsibility from her parents. In 1983, she became a Navy wife, which led her to live and work across the globe in various accounting and financial roles. Throughout her career, Wanda has gained expertise in wholesale, construction, retail, and medical accounting, with experience working in places from Chicago, Illinois, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and Augusta, Georgia.
Wanda joined High Profile in 1999, where she brought with her a wealth of experience in in-house accounting, payroll, benefits, and office administration.
Outside of work, Wanda enjoys cake decorating, gardening, and home DIY projects. A passionate animal lover, she has created her own little “zoo” of rescued animals including dogs, birds, and chickens. Wanda cherishes time spent with her grown children, their spouses, and her precious granddaughter.
Kjersten Faseler
Client Relationship Manager
Joined High Profile in 2016
Kjersten grew up in Minneapolis and graduated from the University of Minnesota, where she double majored in Human Resource Development and Business & Marketing and double minored in Management and Human Resources & Industrial Relations. Kjersten started at High Profile in 2016, leaving in 2022 to pursue her passion for writing children’s books and helping other aspiring authors publish their own. Kjersten returned to High Profile in 2024, excited to leverage her HR expertise alongside the experience she has gained as an entrepreneur. She has 15+ years of experience in client services and eight years of experience in the staffing industry. Kjersten actively served in multiple positions on the DallasHR Board of Directors and held key positions as the President and VP of Finance for the Success North Dallas Young Executives Board of Directors.
When she’s not helping clients connect with top talent, Kjersten enjoys traveling, cooking, painting, writing, and spending quality time with her friends and two daughters.
Ellie Haugen, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant | Administrative
Joined High Profile in 2023
Ellie grew up in Illinois and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa, before beginning a career in retail recruiting and management. While working in this field, Ellie was offered a job transfer opportunity. She took a leap of faith and moved to the DFW metroplex, without ever visiting beforehand. She couldn’t say no to a new life adventure and warmer weather!
Ellie has always had a true passion for recruiting, workforce management, and providing the highest quality of service. In 2018, she decided to transition those skills to a new industry and began a career in staffing agency recruiting. She quickly became a top producer and was promoted to manage an office of recruiters, before eventually finding her home at High Profile. Ellie has also earned her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys having date nights with her boyfriend, pampering her doggy-daughter, traveling the world, reading/watching documentaries, and visiting with family and friends.
Linda Lee, SPHR, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant| Administrative
Joined High Profile in 2006
Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and began her staffing career shortly after graduation. She has been recruiting in Dallas for over 20 years and has developed a unique insight into the hiring needs of the local market. Linda loves people and enjoys the satisfaction of coaching candidates to success while simultaneously helping clients meet their hiring needs. Linda has earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) and CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certifications.
Outside of work, Linda enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her husband of 39 years and their two adult children. Linda is the proud “Gigi” of two granddaughters and loves to spend as much time as possible with them. She has a passion for traveling, loves to cook, and enjoys being a dog mom to Bunny, a 7-pound malti-poo.
Amelie Brewer, SPHR, CSP
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant | Administrative
Joined High Profile in 1996
Amelie grew up in New Orleans and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Upon graduation, she began her recruiting career with another local staffing firm where she was repeatedly named as a top producer. She was then recruited to open the Dallas branch of a nationally known staffing company, and she brought the branch to profitability within four months. As Amelie was creating a name for herself, High Profile took notice and recruited her in 1996. Amelie worked as a full-time saleswoman for a little over a year before finding her perfect fit placing Executive Assistants in direct-hire positions. We are proud that she has been a member of the High Profile team for 28 years. Over her 30-year recruiting career, her commitment to excellence has earned her the loyalty of some of Dallas’ finest companies.
Amelie has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) certification, Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. She is a 10 year member of EWI (Executive Women International) and has served on the board and various committees. Amelie is married with two grown children (both Aggies – which only presents a problem when LSU plays A&M!), is an avid runner, and loves to cook, camp, and entertain.
Stacey Ferrara, CPA
Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant | Accounting & Finance
Joined High Profile in 2024
Stacey grew up in Mississippi and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, where she majored in accounting. After college, she joined Deloitte & Touche in their audit practice. While there, Stacey earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. After 6 years spent auditing in both New Orleans and Dallas, she left to go work for Robert Half as a Recruiter in their accounting and finance permanent placement division. After Robert Half, she started her own tax practice while staying home with her two daughters. The next 9 years she spent in the private sector as a Controller, and realized her love and passion was for recruiting and providing quality customer service. In 2024, after 3 years of recruiting for reputable staffing agencies, she joined High Profile as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.
Stacey has 25 years of experience in the accounting & recruiting industries. This experience and her active CPA certification give her invaluable resources for both candidates and clients. She is passionate about matching top talent with rewarding career opportunities in organizations where professionals can grow and thrive.
Outside of work, Stacey loves to spend time with her husband Keith, their 2 grown daughters, their sweet puppy Maggie, and close friends! She enjoys traveling, entertaining, and cooking with her husband!
Carly Pilkington
Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Carly obtained Her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Major in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma. Shortly after college, Carly moved to the DFW area where she began her recruiting career. Since then, she’s held a variety of different roles within Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications. She’s passionate about her role at High Profile, building relationships, and helping others every day.
In her spare time, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, baby boy, and two stepsons. She also enjoys house projects, traveling home to OK to visit family, and watching Oklahoma football.
Sarah Clymer
Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Sarah was born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University in 2020. After college, Sarah pursued a career in the mortgage industry and it was there she found a passion for helping others pursue their dreams. She and her family relocated to Texas in 2021. Shortly after moving to Texas, Sarah was introduced to the High Profile team and knew immediately this is where she wanted to be. Sarah joined the High Profile team in 2022 and now gets to pair her love for organizing and helping others to good use as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her horses and dogs, traveling, and attending sporting events.
Sherry Kraft
Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Sherry’s career in HR & Recruiting began at a Target store, back when the field was known as “Personnel.” Since then, she has gained invaluable experience working in corporate offices for major companies like CompUSA, CitiFinancial, and AutoNation. While living in Denver, she expanded her expertise into Marketing & Communications, taking on a pivotal role at a fast-growing auto finance company. There, she developed and managed internal communications, employee programs, events, and training initiatives. One of her most exciting career highlights was leading internal event planning and communications when Centrix Financial served as the title sponsor of the Grand Prix of Denver—a rewarding and unforgettable experience.
Ultimately, Sherry returned to the DFW metroplex and her passion for HR & Recruiting. Now, at High Profile, she is dedicated to making a meaningful impact by helping connect people with life-changing career opportunities.
Outside of work, Sherry enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, their two sons, Preston and Hayden, and their chocolate lab, Maximus. She is a dedicated hockey mom, cheering on Preston from the stands, and a passionate advocate for autism acceptance in honor of Hayden. In her free time, she loves traveling, volunteering, entertaining, and supporting her favorite teams—the Dallas Stars and the Denver Broncos!
