Joined High Profile in 2018

Madison is a proud graduate of Texas State University and joined High Profile in 2018 as a Recruiting Assistant and was integral in recruiting team support. In 2019, she transitioned to the Client Services team, where she played a key role in marketing, communications, and client engagement initiatives.

From 2022–2024, Madison served as Client Relationship Manager, partnering directly with clients to understand their hiring needs, strengthen long-term relationships, and support revenue growth. During this time, she developed a deep understanding of High Profile’s client base and the operational structure that supports successful placements.

After briefly stepping away in 2024, Madison returned to High Profile in 2025 where she now serves as Business Operations Manager. In her current role, she partners closely with leadership to strengthen internal processes, support team development, ensure operational alignment across the organization, and support long-term client partnerships through exceptional service and strong relationships. Her background in recruiting and client relationship management allows her to bring both operational insight and client perspective to her role.

Madison believes that hard work, empathy, and integrity are the keys to success.

Outside of work, Madison is an avid reader who loves to travel whenever and wherever she can. She enjoys cooking and baking, home renovation projects, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time with her family, friends, and sweet pup, Lucy!
