Q: What are five words you would use to describe yourself?
A: Responsible, positive, analytical, devoted, perceptive
Q: What is your favorite thing about working at High Profile?
A: Being able to make a difference in people’s lives!
Q: What is an interesting fact (or two or three) about you?
A: I am the youngest of 9 siblings, am ambidextrous and I have lived in 14 different cities.
Q: What is something on your bucket list you’d like to do?
A: Vacation in Hawaii
Q: What is one tip you’d give to a job seeker to help them in their employment search?
A: There is tremendous value in networking. Your network of friends, relatives, colleagues and acquaintances is a valuable job search resource.
Q: Share a recent client success story.
A: I met a candidate with excellent work experience and job-tenure who was having difficulty re-entering the workforce after taking a 6-year career break. Even though she worked hard to maintain her technical skills during that time, employers assumed that her skills were lacking when they saw the 6-year employment gap. One of our clients had an urgent need for someone to fill in for one of their Executive Assistants who had to take an unexpected medical leave. Having great confidence in our candidate’s abilities, we sent her on the assignment. She impressed them so much that they made her a permanent offer for another Executive Assistant role they were trying to fill.
