Callie Miller is one of the Relationship Managers of High Profile. She excels in forging partnerships with each of our clients and making sure she truly understands the unique needs each of them have. Callie serves as Community Engagement Director for the Dallas/Fort Worth Staffing Management Alliance (DFW SMA) and as an Ambassador for DallasHR. Q: What are five words you would use to describe yourself?
A: Passionate, energetic, driven, caring and loyal
Q: What is your favorite thing about working at High Profile?
A: Making a difference in other people’s lives!
Q: What is an interesting fact (or two or three) about you?
A: I love event planning and coordination – parties, weddings, baby showers, birthdays, just because… there’s always a reason to celebrate! And, I really enjoy photography!
Q: What is something on your bucket list you’d like to do?
A: I’d love to travel to Bora Bora in French Polynesia and stay at the St. Regis (where Couples Retreat was filmed)!
Q: What is one tip you’d give to a job seeker to help them in their employment search?
A: Always write thank you notes! ALWAYS! After the interview, after a networking event, when someone makes an introduction or helps you…. thank them! It truly does set you apart from the rest.
Q: Share a recent client success story.
A: I recently had a client refer a job seeker to me that we (High Profile) couldn’t assist. Their skill set was outside our focus areas. I spoke with the job seeker and was able to connect them with another recruiter, who ultimately placed them in their current role!
