Dee is new to the recruiting and staffing world but has found she has a passion for it. We have been impressed by the large impact she’s made in our firm in a short amount of time. Dee’s pleasant demeanor and professionalism are appreciated by every candidate and client who visit and/or call our office.
Q: What are five words you would use to describe yourself?
A: I would describe myself as adventurous, optimistic, compassionate, freedom-loving and adaptive.
Q: What is your favorite thing about working at High Profile?
A: Every day presents a new opportunity to learn. You have an endless vessel of knowledge at your fingertips through your co-workers, shared discussions and employee trainings.
Q: What is an interesting fact (or two or three) about you?
A: There was this one time in Crossfit that I deadlifted 265 lbs. I had no idea I could, but I learned you can accomplish things beyond your belief if you just try it. Also, I have this insane obsession with the Weddings/Celebrations column in The New York Times. I read it every Sunday with a box of Kleenex readily available. All of my friends will tell you, I love LOVE.
Q: What is something on your bucket list you’d like to do?
A: I want to hike Machu Picchu in Peru. I recently had my first exposure to hiking and this trip would be the ultimate experience.
Q: What is one tip you’d give to a job seeker to help them in their employment search?
A: Never give up. The very last door at the end of a long, tiring road can potentially open the door to all of your wildest dreams, even the ones you are too afraid to dream.
Q: Share a recent candidate success story
A: EVERY story is a success story in some aspect. The ability for anyone to a make a leap of faith and trust us to find/help steer them to their next career is a small step toward success on all ends.
