- Why is the job open? Pay attention to how the employer speaks about why the position is open. If an employee left, the response here can give you essential insight into how employees are treated and whether the job is stressful with limited recognition or one where you will be appreciated for your efforts and have the potential for advancement.
- What do you enjoy about working here? The answer to this question gives you the chance to learn about the corporate culture so you can find out if it will mesh well with your preferred work environment.
