Tiffany Willis, MBA, CSP
Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas. After college, she completed Military Police training in the Army National Guard before relocating to Dallas to begin her seven-year career in Accounting and Finance while simultaneously obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University at Commerce. Tiffany began her recruiting career in 2015, and before that she worked in the technology and software industries where she focused on Accounting, Finance, and Project Management. Tiffany serves as the Consulting Director for the Women’s Finance Exchange of Dallas, is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and has also obtained her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification.

- Tonja earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and is a former CPA with public accounting and industry experience. She gravitated from accounting to recruiting for accounting/finance professionals for Robert Half (initially) and now has over 25 years of recruiting experience. Tonja is a former Manager of Recruiting for Coca-Cola Refreshments where she spent the last three of her eight-year tenure leading Supply Chain and Manufacturing recruiting for bottling plants across the U.S. Recently, she joined High Profile, Inc. in the Accounting and Finance division delivering high-touch, specialized recruiting for select clients primarily in the DFW metroplex. Tonja’s immense knowledge, ability to think “big picture,” and skill of providing different perspectives have been integral to our team.
